I am a Sr. Software Engineer with the Walt Disney Company, and still puzzled by how that happened. I studied for a year at the Savannah College of Art & Design, worked for a few years as a freelance graphic designer, and became a graphic artist specializing in interactive design. The Army Reserves, Coast Guard Reserves, Walt Disney World Resort, study abroad in Germany, college degree from Rollins College in Foreign Language (French and German), software engineering is more of an anomaly than a planned career choice. Three years ago, however, creativity creeped back into my life when I picked up a digital SLR camera. Finding a love for the old photographic ways, I later acquired a 50-year old Yashica-Mat LM, medium format camera. This has been my defining tool for my current artwork. While I still enjoys my DSLR to capture candid moments, you will most often find me with my old film camera around my neck, looking for the next story to tell. I live in South Lake Union, and am currently focusing on a collection of images in and around South Lake Union.
